EdTech Expert Consulting

Higher Education Consulting

We Help Colleges and Universities Use Technology to Automate Processes, Gain New Insights, and Optimize Student Experiences.

Product Analysis

Get an independent survey of the marketplace before you make your next big investment.

Arizona Educates can prepare a strategic market analysis for your college or university. We can take a look at the big picture with respect to what products are out there, how they are being used, and even provide preliminary fit analysis. Common technology areas include advising case management, customer relationship management technology, student information systems, financial management systems, human capital management systems, and more.

Grant Applications

Has your college or university been invited to apply for a grant? We can help.

From our network of current and former CIOs and technology leaders, we can provide in-depth advice about grant strategy for new or recurring opportunities. Engagement packages can be as small or as large as you need. We can work with your staff and faculty, technology office, and grants office to provide expert support for your college or university.

Technology Planning

New technology can be overwhelming, but we can help you through it.

Whether in-person or remote, we can support your college or university. Engagement areas can include technology opportunity areas, product selection, procurement, implementation, integration, adoption, and project/program management.

Vendor Management

Procurement teams support every kind of purchasing. EdTech is complicated, and we can help.

Boilerplate agreements often lead to missed expectations on both sides. For new engagements, we can help setup your teams to succeed. We will make recommendations about service level agreements (SLAs), privacy and security, vendor scorecards, and relationship management. For existing vendors, we can help mediate amendments so that all parties benefit.

IN THE NEWS

REFINING YOUR TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY

Enrollment Challenges Continue in 2021

Community colleges, and other institutions who serve less privileged students particularly hard hit by the pandemic, are seeing enrollment declines across the board. Organizations are opening up requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) with cross-functional committees all across the United States. We are also seeing institutions adopt strategic priorities around enrollment to focus resources on addressing these challenges. We recognize the considerable challenges ahead and would suggest you consider engaging our higher education consulting team to inquire about supplementing your college or university's efforts with our higher education consulting services. Start with a free consultation and we can discuss your RFIs/RFPs, selection and award processes, implementation strategy, and long-term funding strategy.
