Recruit, screen, and interview volunteers. You will also help manage volunteer relations, onboarding, and training.
Recruit, Screen & Interview
Primary point of contact for volunteer applicants. Recruit, screen, interview, and conduct background checks for volunteers under the supervision of the Operations Manager and Executive Director.
Manage Volunteer Relations
Support our wonderful volunteers by engaging to track effort spent on various initiatives and service as the point of contact for questions and general guidance to volunteers.
Onboarding Activities
Assist new volunteers by walking them through the onboarding process including getting their email address configured, access to the Google Suite, and getting staff added to the staff directory and careers page.
Conduct Employee Training
Create/update training courses in Google Classroom. Lead volunteers through self-paced training classes. Ensure completion in a timely manner. Manage questions from volunteers.
